Sub-processors

N.G.A SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LTD ("SmixAI") uses the third-party service providers below ("sub-processors") to deliver the SmixAI platform. Each one processes customer personal data only to provide the service described, under a written agreement with data-protection obligations at least as protective as those in our Privacy Policy.

Customer-connected systems are not sub-processors
When a customer connects its own accounts (for example Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, HubSpot or Monday.com), data flows between SmixAI and that customer's own service under the customer's agreement with that provider. Those services are not SmixAI sub-processors.
Changes to this list
We will give at least 30 days' notice before a new sub-processor begins processing customer personal data, by updating this page and notifying customers who subscribe below. A customer may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds under the terms of its Data Processing Agreement.

Get an email before a new sub-processor is added. We use your address only to notify you about changes to this list and route it to our privacy contact.
